If you upload a drawing, reference image, tech pack, spreadsheet, document or other file, that file is associated with the enquiry so our team can evaluate the product or sourcing request.
Our website, hosting provider and security tools may also process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, timestamps and security events that are necessary to operate and protect the website.
2. How we use information
We use personal and business information to:
- respond to enquiries and RFQs;
- evaluate product, sampling, customization and manufacturing requirements;
- prepare quotations and follow up on potential or existing business relationships;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website;
- maintain business records and comply with applicable legal obligations; and
- protect LEHOME, our partners, customers and website users from fraud, misuse or security threats.

3. RFQ files, drawings and brand information
Product drawings, tech packs, reference files, logos and other materials submitted with an enquiry are used for evaluating and responding to your request. We do not intentionally publish customer-submitted drawings or brand materials on the public website without authorization.
Uploaded files are stored with the website enquiry record and may be accessible to authorized personnel and service providers involved in hosting, email, security or enquiry handling. Internet transmission and hosting cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
4. Sharing and international transfers
We may share relevant information with LEHOME personnel, Gainwell and related manufacturing or service entities when needed to respond to an enquiry, evaluate a product, support sampling, production or logistics, or manage the business relationship.
We may also use service providers for website hosting, email delivery, security, file storage, analytics (if enabled), and technical support. These providers may process information on our behalf in the countries where they operate.
