Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the LEHOME website. Product quotations, purchase orders, NDAs and signed commercial agreements are governed by their own terms.
1. Website use
This website provides information about LEHOME furniture OEM / ODM capabilities, products, customization, manufacturing and related B2B services. You may use the site for lawful business purposes and to contact us about potential or existing business.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the site in a manner that violates applicable law or third-party rights, or submit unlawful or harmful content.
2. Product and website information
Images, dimensions, materials, finishes, descriptions, production information and other website content are provided for general business information. Unless expressly confirmed in a quotation or contract, website content is not a binding product specification, offer, warranty or commitment to supply.
Furniture specifications, materials, finishes, packaging, lead times, minimum quantities, pricing and availability may vary by product, order, market and approved sample. Final commercial and technical requirements are confirmed through the applicable quotation, sample approval, purchase order or written agreement.
3. RFQs, files and business submissions
When you submit an RFQ or contact form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to share any drawings, logos, designs, reference images, specifications or other files you submit.
You retain your rights in materials you submit. You grant LEHOME and the personnel or service entities involved in handling the enquiry a limited right to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, sample, manufacture, communicate about, or otherwise respond to the requested business.
Customer drawings and brand materials are not intended for public display without authorization. However, submitting information through the website does not by itself create an NDA or other confidentiality agreement. Any signed NDA, purchase order, sales agreement or other written commercial agreement between the parties takes precedence over these website Terms for the matters it covers.
4. Website intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the LEHOME website design, text, graphics, photographs, logos and other site content are owned by or licensed to LEHOME or its content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the website for normal business evaluation and communication. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute or commercially exploit substantial website content without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
5. External websites and services
The website may link to Gainwell, YouTube or other third-party websites. Those websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean LEHOME controls or is responsible for the third party’s content, security, availability or data practices.
6. Website availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but the site may occasionally contain errors, become unavailable or change without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and LEHOME does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of website content is complete or current.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LEHOME is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this informational website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Commercial agreements, changes and contact
Any sale, sample order, production order or other commercial transaction is governed by the applicable quotation, purchase order, sales contract, NDA or other written agreement. If a transaction document conflicts with these website Terms, the transaction document controls for that transaction.
We may update these Terms when the website or business practices change. Continued use of the site after an update is subject to the revised Terms.
